Manea Florida provides luau entertainment, Polynesian performances, Hawaiian fusion catering, event planning, branded coconuts, and related services throughout Florida and surrounding regions. Specific service terms, pricing, and availability are subject to individual event agreements and quotes provided by Manea Florida.

3. Bookings and Payments

• All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by Manea Florida.
• A deposit may be required to secure your event date. Deposit amounts and payment schedules will be specified in your event agreement.
• Full payment is due as specified in your event agreement. Failure to make timely payment may result in cancellation of your booking.
• Prices quoted are valid for the period specified in the quote and are subject to change without notice for new inquiries.

4. Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellation policies are outlined in your individual event agreement. Generally, deposits are non-refundable. Cancellations made within a specified period before the event date may result in forfeiture of additional fees. Please review your event agreement carefully.

5. Use of the Site

You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not:

• Violate any applicable local, state, national, or international law or regulation.
• Infringe upon the rights of others, including intellectual property rights.
• Transmit any unsolicited or unauthorized advertising or promotional material.
