Where It All Began
The Manea Dancers were founded by Judy Krenz — a lifelong student of Polynesian culture who believed that authentic island performance was more than entertainment. It was a living tradition, a story told through movement, music, and food.
For over 40 years, the Manea family has been producing original luau shows, crafting Hawaiian fusion menus, and designing immersive tropical environments for thousands of events across the United States. What started as a small troupe of dedicated performers has grown into a full-service event production company with one unwavering commitment: every show must be one of a kind.
Manea Florida carries that legacy to the Southeast — bringing the same authentic performances, fresh-cooked island cuisine, and hand-crafted tropical décor that have delighted over 10,000 audiences to events from Tampa to Miami, and beyond to the Bahamas.

We are one of the few Polynesian entertainment companies that still employs a dedicated MC for every luau show. A great MC keeps the energy alive between acts, connects the audience to the story of each dance, and ensures your event never has a dull moment.
We choreograph every performance with cultural meaning. Our dancers are trained across Hawaiian, Tahitian, Samoan, and Maori traditions — because we believe understanding culture and history makes for a richer, more authentic experience for everyone in the room.
